DORK / LEGAL · DRAFT FOR REVIEW

Terms of service

Draft — not final terms. Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]. Operator: [FULL LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], [REGISTRATION NUMBER IF APPLICABLE]. Contact: [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL]. These details and the commercial terms below require confirmation before publication as binding terms.

Dork is the research product at dork.agency under the coder.company brand. The verified legal operator must be named above before these terms are finalized.

Service and access

Dork provides a desktop workspace and, where supplied, hosted Labs for directing AI research. Access, supported features, and allowances depend on your invitation or written agreement. Website descriptions do not create a service-level agreement, guaranteed result, or entitlement to unlimited research.

Use only accounts and Labs you are authorized to access. Keep sign-in links, device codes, recovery material, and provider credentials private. If you act for an institution or company, obtain authority to use its materials and accept the applicable agreements.

Research responsibility

AI-generated material can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your question. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, citations, experiments, code, and interpretations before relying on or publishing them. A check establishes only its stated scope; human meaning sign-off and research judgment remain separate.

Do not present an unchecked account as verified evidence or imply that a model is an independent human researcher. Follow the acceptable use policy.

Your material

Submit only material you have the right to provide and process. Dork does not claim ownership of your submitted research through these draft terms. You authorize the processing needed to provide the features you request, including sending permitted context to the model connections you use. This authorization is not a promise that outputs are unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights.

Private Lab material is excluded from Dork’s own model training policy. External provider processing is governed separately. Read the privacy policy draft and the provider disclosures before submitting confidential data.

Third-party services

Hosted infrastructure uses Google Cloud and is subject to the applicable Google Cloud terms and Acceptable Use Policy. This does not imply you have a direct Google Cloud contract.

Your ChatGPT use is subject to the applicable OpenAI Terms of Use; API and business use is governed by the applicable OpenAI Services Agreement. OpenAI usage policies also apply. Regional or negotiated agreements can differ.

Where Claude is supported, the applicable Anthropic Consumer Terms or Commercial Terms, together with its Usage Policy, govern that use. Subscription access is not API access. Links to a provider do not promise availability in Dork or waive the provider’s restrictions.

[PRICING, TAXES, PAYMENT, RENEWAL, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND TERMS]. [SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, NOTICE, AND DATA-EXPORT PROCESS]. [WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY TERMS SUBJECT TO MANDATORY LAW]. [GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTE PROCESS, AND REQUIRED CONSUMER NOTICES]. [CHANGE-NOTIFICATION PROCESS].

These unresolved clauses must be settled for the actual operator, jurisdictions, and offering. No arbitration clause, liability cap, refund promise, or waiver is established by this draft.
